SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
NVolo USA charges a flat fee for shipping within the United States on all their products, as follows:
HELMETS: $20 including insurance
HEADSETS and ACCESSORIES: $15 including insurance
We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days within the US). If you prefer a faster delivery or a different shipping method, please contact us before placing your order.
For international orders, We use USPS Express Mail Service (EMS) for international orders. Flat fee shipping does not apply, you will be contacted within 24 hours with a shipping quote.
Please note that we process orders very quickly, this means that once an order is placed we are unable to modify your shipping method. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. However, we do accept exchanges. You may return your purchase for exchange only within 30 days of your original order. Items being returned for exchange must be in their original condition with the tags.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
You must write to us prior to return your order explaining the reason of your exchange and in order to get a return authorization number.
